A challenging, flowing sequence of poses to help gain strength, stamina, flexibility and balance bringing both mind, body and spirit into balance. This beautiful unique class begins by connecting mind, body and spirit - giving yourself permission to slow down and be present. Connecting with the breath and grounding and connecting with the earth. We set our intentions for the practice and allow ourselves to let go of competition, expectations and judgement. The class then continues into a beautiful flowing sequence aimed at grounding, increasing flexibility, balance and core strength. We finish with a beautiful grounding meditation and positive affirmations to allow you leave feeling positive, empowered and connected.
