A Yoga class designed to nourish mind, body and spirit and to help start the day feeling energised, positive, grounded, centred and balanced.

We begin by connecting with the breath and clearing our minds of any worries or anxieties followed by a gentle warm up and a flowing, strengthening and balancing practice ending with a calming, healing, balancing meditation and positive affirmations.
