For babies 6 weeks (10 weeks for c-section births) to 7 months (approx. only).

After the birth of your baby you will find you will need yoga more than ever to help give you strength, support, healing and time for you. These classes consist of gentle yoga poses for you and your baby, helping to increase confidence and deepen the bond with your baby. 

The poses help to encourage your baby's development, fine motor skills, improve sleep, relieve colic, wind, improving sensory awareness and coordination and helping to build trust. You will also learn massage and reflexology and acupressure techniques to use on your baby - helping to dispel anxiety and trauma, massage releases this tension in the muscles and so lessons intensity of the emotion, helpful if the pregnancy or labour was difficult. Useful for colic and digestive upsets, promoting calm and sleep.
 

For mothers it will provide a safe haven, time to be around like minded mums in a non judgemental environment, a chance to share and discuss their experiences, worries or concerns.  Helping to ease postnatal depression, helping you to gain strength, stamina, confidence and time for you to be you and time for you to relax.
