In my classes I aim to teach people to learn a new, healthier way of living, way of thinking and way of being in the world, becoming super fit and healthy in both body and mind. Power Yoga is a state of mind. Stilling the mind is very challenging, during yoga we learn to think and become more aware of our breath, ailment, posture and accomplishing a certain pose instead of thinking of distractions, thoughts and any stresses, as you open your body and mind with yoga postures and breathing you become receptive to the wonderful experience of inner stillness.
