A flowing sequence of postures to help strengthen, balance, calm, encourage flexibility, connecting mind, body and spirit. We begin by connecting with the breath and clearing our minds of any worries or anxieties followed by a gentle warm up and a flowing strengthening and balancing practice, ending with a calming, healing, balancing meditation and positive affirmations.
